terms of service

payment / refunds

  • full payment is required either upfront or after the approved sketch.

  • i accept payment through paypal, cashapp, or kofi.

  • work will not proceed beyond the sketch until payment is received.

  • refunds are only available before the sketch is approved.

  • once the sketch is approved, no refunds will be given.

usage

  • personal use only.

  • you may not use my art for commercial purposes, including merchandise, monetized content, or advertising.

  • do not submit my art to contests, game character submissions, or any official/public selection processes.

  • my art may not be used in ai training, nft minting/sales, blockchain-related projects, nor any bigotted content

process

  • i will provide a rough sketch for approval.

  • minor changes can be made during the sketch stage.

  • major revisions requested after the sketch is approved may require an additional fee.

  • final work will be delivered digitally in a png format.

artwork rights

  • i retain full rights to the artwork.

  • i may post the commission online, use it in portfolios, or promote my work unless requested otherwise.

  • you may repost the art with visible credit and without edits.

design / custom ownership

  • all previous terms apply.

  • i retain rights to the original artwork and may display it in my portfolio or galleries.

  • you may not resell the character for more than the original price unless it includes added value (e.g., additional art).

  • (toyhou.se exclusive) DO NOT DELETE THE ORIGINAL DESIGN! i MUST be able to have access to my original design.
